Where I fit

Between a busy project team and the decision it still needs to make

Assignments typically start when a team has a model, data room or market opportunity but lacks the time to reconcile the technical, commercial, financing and contract assumptions into one defensible answer.

My role is not to replace legal, technical, tax or lender advisers. It is to make analytical gaps visible, trace their impact into the numbers and prepare the material those specialists and decision-makers need.
