How enquiry and assistant information is handled.

Information collected

The project brief form may collect your name, work email, organisation, role, project market, requested service, timing, budget range and any optional attachment you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used to assess the enquiry, communicate with you, prepare a scope or proposal and administer a potential engagement. It is not sold to advertisers.

Confidential information

Do not submit confidential contracts, financial models, personal data or data-room documents through the public form or website assistant. Where required, an NDA and an appropriate document-sharing method should be agreed first.

Form processing

Project briefs are delivered through a server-side email relay using Resend. The delivery credential remains on the server; it is not exposed in the website code. A direct email route remains available if the delivery service is unavailable.

Website assistant

The website assistant uses Felix’s public portfolio knowledge base and the current page to answer questions about services, models, tools and case studies. It does not query an external market database.

Where the OpenAI integration is enabled, that assistant endpoint may send the question and the relevant retrieved context to the OpenAI API to generate a grounded response. The assistant is intended for public, non-confidential questions only. Its interface links back to the public sources used for the answer where available.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry information may be retained for follow-up, proposal records and engagement administration. The website assistant is configured not to use its OpenAI request for response storage, but infrastructure and service providers may process request metadata required to operate the service. You may request correction or deletion of information held directly by Felix by emailing felixkeuya@gmail.com.
