Information collected

The project brief form may collect your name, work email, organisation, role, project market, requested service, timing, budget range and any optional attachment you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used to assess the enquiry, communicate with you, prepare a scope or proposal and administer a potential engagement. It is not sold to advertisers.

Confidential information

Do not submit confidential contracts, financial models, personal data or data room documents through the public form. Where required, an NDA and an appropriate document sharing method should be agreed first.

Form processing

The website currently uses FormSubmit to route form submissions to email. Information submitted through the form is therefore processed through that service as part of delivery.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry information may be retained for follow-up, proposal records and engagement administration. You may request correction or deletion by emailing felixkeuya@gmail.com.
